What we do

Kairos originates, develops, and invests in utility-scale wind, solar PV, and hybrid power projects across Southeast Asia. We are currently developing 24 projects in the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia with an installed capacity of +4,000 MW.

Kairos is supported by its investor, Annycent Capital, an alternatives investment platform backed by Riverstone Holdings LLC; and the Seed Capital Assistance facility established by the United Nations Environment Program.

Origination & Development

Deploying an extensive proprietary market data base, we develop projects independently and with established local partners by first accurately assessing resource, constructability, dispatchability & investability characteristics. This work then informs and supports the permitting process.

Project Engineering & Construction Management

High quality technical support of the permitting process allows a streamlined and efficient transition into basic engineering and procurement processes. Kairos project manages all aspects of the pre-construction, construction & commissioning phases of projects.

Operations & Asset Management

Our skilled and experienced engineers provide O&M services to projects across the region including plant monitoring, performance optimization, & management of preventative & corrective maintenance programs. Asset management service capabilities include budget & reserves management, contract management, sub-contracting and enforcement of warranties.

Investment and Financing

Kairos’s core transaction team provides in-depth fund management and investment experience covering more than 25 years as principal investors in the clean energy markets across South East Asia. Their track record includes a total of >400 MW across 27 individual investments on projects ranging in scale from 1 – 50 MW.
